Kamaz car kits output grows 14% to 30,907 units in Jan–Oct
MOSCOW, Nov 7 (PRIME) -- Russian largest truck producer Kamaz increased its output of car kits by 14% on the year to 30,907 units in January–October, the company said in a statement on Tuesday.
The engine plant and joint venture Kamminz Kama increased supplies to Kamaz and other consumers by 30.5% to 32,777 engines and power units, while sales of spare parts soared 70% on the year to 18.8 billion rubles.
In October, the company’s production of car kits increased to 4,418 units from 4,058 units in October 2016. Output of engines and power units rose 7.6% to 4,586 units, and the sales of spare parts jumped 70% to 1.98 billion rubles.
